Financing - Warranty and Insurance
Most dealers go to auctions to buy their cars, then mark them up to sell for a profit. As they have to compete against other dealers, they generally pay more for their cars, then have to likewise charge more to the customer when they resell them.
At Toad Cars, we are a liquidation center for seized, repossessed and impounded vehicles. This means there is no middleman - these vehicles go straight from the impound lot or repo yard directly to you. There are no auctions, wholesalers or brokers in the middle looking to earn extra profits. It may mean some vehicles may have cosmetic flaws or may be in need
of some repairs, but it also means you save big and buy direct just like the dealers do and can save thousands of dollars compared to a typical dealership!
Absolutely! We inspect every vehicle to make sure that they start and run, the transmission shifts properly, that they do not overheat or have internal engine problems. Any vehicle that doesn't meet those parameters goes to the junkyard, not our lot! Every vehicle that meets these minimum standards has all of its fluids checked, is detailed, and confirmed that it has a clean title in hand before it ever is listed for sale.
Additionally, we have a higher tier of car or truck that have been designated as "Toadally Awesome!" This means that these vehicles are subject to a strict 59-point mechanical and safety inspection that must be passed and any deficiencies repaired prior to sale. Brakes, Tires, Air Conditioning, Lighting, Suspension and more are thoroughly tested and reconditioned as needed.
Only once the Frog's Seal of Approval has been granted, are these vehicles placed on the lot for sale. All "Toadally Awesome!" vehicles qualify for our in-house financing plans as well as our "Hop and Swap Guarantee" - if you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase we give you up to 3 days to return the vehicle and exchange it for a replacement vehicle of equal value.
